A little about the ministry:
Liberty Outreach and Ministries was birthed through the calling and divine direction of the Lord upon the lives of Pastors Randy and Nathalie, who recognized that their workplace could become a place of ministry and Kingdom advancement. What began with a simple home fellowship and sharing the Gospel with individuals they encountered while working in their company soon developed into a greater vision for reaching their community. Through faithful obedience, personal evangelism, and a passion for discipleship, the Lord opened the door for them to establish a church within one of their business locations, transforming an ordinary workplace into a gathering place for worship, biblical teaching, and spiritual growth. Today, Liberty Outreach and Ministries has grown into a thriving fellowship that gathers weekly to strengthen believers, equip leaders, and extend the love of Jesus Christ beyond the church walls through community outreach. Their journey is a testimony that God can take humble beginnings, surrendered hearts, and everyday opportunities and use them to establish a lasting work for His Kingdom.

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
Isaiah 61:1
Our Mission:
Liberty Outreach and Ministries exists to advance the Kingdom of God by teaching the Word of God, equipping believers for the work of ministry, and raising up strong, Spirit-filled leaders who will faithfully carry the Gospel into their communities and beyond. Our mission is to reach the lost with the saving message of Jesus Christ, minister healing to the sick through the power of the Holy Spirit, and extend compassion, restoration, and hope to those who are hurting and broken. We believe the Church is called not merely to gather believers, but to develop disciples, empower leaders, and demonstrate the transforming love and power of Christ through both word and action. Through biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, evangelism, and compassionate outreach, we are committed to seeing lives transformed, families restored, and communities impacted for the glory of God.
Our Founder:
Pastor Randy is a living testimony of the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Once bound by a broken life marked by drugs, crime, and destructive choices, Randy experienced a radical encounter with the love and grace of God that forever changed the direction of his life. Through salvation in Jesus Christ, he discovered freedom from his past, restoration, and a renewed purpose in serving the Lord. Today, Pastor Randy faithfully serves the Kingdom of God through Liberty Outreach and Ministries in Canada, sharing the same message of hope, redemption, and transformation that changed his own life. His passion is to reach the lost, encourage the broken, and demonstrate that no life is beyond the restoring power of Jesus Christ. His journey stands as a powerful reminder that God does not merely forgive our past, but transforms our future for His glory.
